From Abandoned Nurse to Successful Deployment | USRN Jessah in Rhode Island, USA
Meet Nurse Jessa, her experience ranges from being a BPO nurse in the Philippines and has also worked as a nurse in UAE.
For tonight Jessa will share her USRN journey to Rhode Island. We have here some set of questions that we have prepared because as we all know a lot of nurses are contemplating right now whether they should pursue their American Dream because of retrogression or whether they should choose the United States versus other countries to practice their profession as a nurse.
Join us in another Grandison Espresso Lounge kamustahan with one of our deployed nurses in the United States — Nurse Jessah!
This is your virtual coffee table, a place where we catch-up with our nurses, PTs, OTs and partners. Here, we encourage everyone to share their voice and experience, to educate and inspire Filipino nurses and know that no #AmericanDream is impossible when you have the right partner and perseverance.
I’m Jessa, and I'm the first Grandison nurse deployed in Rhode Island.

Actually I am very thankful to Grandison. I have a prior agency but I got abandoned by my first employer. And when I applied to Grandison, they just asked me to send everything, all the requirements and then they processed everything really fast. I appreciate that you have someone assigned for specific tasks like for example, there’s someone who is assigned in fixing your CGFNS documents, there’s a deployment coordinator and then there’s someone assigned with your license endorsement that you can follow up anytime. And I am very thankful with the facility because they are really kind and supportive.
